Analyze processes
Together we analyze up to five specific processes of your company in the area of time management. Based on your wishes and goals, we define the requirements for our test version. For example:
- Record working hours in different time zones
- Leave requests with partially automatic approval
- Alarm functions for working time violations
- Record project times for multi-level cost centers
- Consider flexible working time models
- Export and import data via interfaces
- Complex hierarchy systems and permissions
Duration: 1-2 weeks
Develop test version
Our team develops a test version with the jointly defined configurations and functions. We then set up the setup and create test users according to your wishes, including individual permissions.
You can then thoroughly review the setup and have it adjusted in two feedback loops if needed. After that: Your membra test version is optimized and ready for testing under real conditions!
Duration: 2-3 weeks
Test and evaluate
We start the test phase with an introduction for all test users and the activation of the membra accounts.
Your test users can intensively test the system with all functions, including user management and rights management. Our team will be at your disposal during this time with advice and support. For specific questions and small adjustment requests, you can contact your personal Customer Success Manager at any time.
At the end of the test phase, there is a final meeting in which we collect and evaluate the user feedback together. We can then immediately incorporate the insights gained into a desired implementation of membra.

With subsequent software use, you get 50% back
The package for € 7,800 (net) includes complete support, including analysis, consulting and individually set up test version. Should you decide on long-term cooperation afterwards, we will credit 50% of the package price to your license invoices.
